Body Extreme
It is a cutting-edge automotive coating.
This is an extraordinary Noise Dampener, which allows you to improve the soundproofing of all types of vehicles. Manufactured ONLY in Venezuela. It has been used in the Automotive Industry (OEM) for more than two decades.
It guarantees extraordinary adhesion on steel, galvanized, zincrometal, E-Coat, paint and primers. Additionally, it provides great anti-corrosion resistance (more than 500 hours in a salt chamber). A film from 1/2 to 2 mm thick, in 1 (one) coat forms a dense and intertwined network of polymers of great elasticity and durability, maintaining its original properties for years.
Body Extreme far exceeds the performance of any traditional asphalt type product. Body Extreme is formulated on a water basis, does not contain solvents, is not flammable or toxic. The product is totally versatile, making it ideal for applying as a decorative finish and in cargo boxes in pickups (bedliners).
Description
Body Extreme is a synthetic polymer-based product, free of PVCs, air-drying and with extraordinary adhesion on steel, galvanized, zincrometal, E-Coat, paint and primers.

Quick air drying at room temperature (22°C Min.)
Replaces the traditional use of prefabricated plastic crates in Pickup’s. Offers high adhesion: long-lasting protection.
It is easily repairable.
Anti-slip. Cargo is transported more safely.
The drying time in the environment varies between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the relative humidity of the environment. To a lesser extent it depends on the thickness of the product applied.
The Thixotropy of the product is very high. This allows its application without drips or oversprays on surfaces at any angle or position.
Body Extreme once cured is resistant to temperatures of 180 C.
Cleaning clothes, work items, etc., is easily done with just water, as long as the product remains in a damp condition.
Performance
Approximately 2 to 4 kilograms per vehicle (under floor). A large pickup box requires 6 containers.
